Describe what you do (professionally) and how that came to be?

co-Founder, TheIdeaMix. In 2018, I launched TheIdeaMix - a media business for people searching for an authentic work lifestyle. My co-founder and I realized finding an authentic work lifestyle is such a struggle for many educated, experienced, unique people and nothing exists to help them.

What is your idea of perfect happiness?

Skiing someplace spectacular with amazing snow.

What is your greatest fear?

Not living up to my potential and privilege.

What is the trait you most deplore in yourself?

Inhibition.

What is the trait you most deplore in others?

Arrogance and self-absorption.

Which living person do you most admire and why?

Hard for me to identify a single person. I admire various qualities in people in particular resilience.

If you didn't have to consider finances, how would your work life change?

We would spend more money on marketing and speed up product development.

What does family mean to you?

My immediate family is the center of my emotional being. Having lost my own immediate family at 12, I only felt settled into a family again a few years into building our own.

What's your humble brag? The one thing that you really think people should know you've excelled at but don't want to appear showy

I am willing to try anything. Skiing (took it up as an adult) and tennis ( took it up at age 12 and played competitively).

Do you ever suffer from Imposter Syndrome? If you do, how do you overcome it?

I don't suffer from that.

Which talent would you most like to have?

Playing the piano well.

What do you consider your greatest achievement?

Our family and my capacity to always want to learn new things.

What do you consider your biggest failure?

The occasions when I have hurt another person through my own actions.

How has success and failure defined the person that you are today?

I haven't let my successes or failures define me. I learned the importance of learning and evolution from a young age having to move to a new country every two years. It made me highly adaptable which has allowed me to continue to learn and evolve.

What do you regard as the lowest depth of misery?

Losing an immediate family member.

How do you feel when someone asks you to be their mentor?

I am thrilled to help in the ways I am able.

What traits do you most value in your friends?

Love, honesty and loyalty.

Who are your heroes in real life?

People who have braved the odds to forge their own paths and found happiness in doing so. My mother-in-law is a hero and example who soldiered on through and triumphed over adversity. My own mother who never stopped learning irrespective of the new country or culture she found herself in.

What advice would you give to your 25 year old self?

1) Be kinder to yourself, gentler with others and more patient all round. 2) There are no shortcuts in life.

How does wearing lipstick make you feel?

On my game.

Which of our lipsticks is your favorite?

I really like soft pink colors and the Liquid Matte Genius in #Créme is quite stunning and adding Bossy Gloss in #DiamondPink makes my look complete.
