Hi Bosses!

It's your girl, Aisha, and I've not got much to say!  It's been a long while since I've blogged but today seemed like as good as any other to write a quick note here.  I know we have several friends, family, and bosses that are from around the world but I thought this message was critical to send to our US citizen bosses.

Today is National Voter Registration Day and I am feeling all types of emotional given the recent passing of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg.  As the CEO of this company, I want to be very clear in that the company itself has NO political leanings whatsoever except for the fact that we exist to empower women to look, feel, and do GOOD in the world.  But as myself, my own civic duty is incredibly important to me because I know the sacrifices that were made by millions of women before me to ensure that I could vote -- and I will.

All this to say, please register to vote.  Please check your registration status.  It's super easy to achieve at vote.gov.  Make your voting plan by understanding your options.  This election feels incredibly critical (all elections are really) and it's important as women that we don't take for granted these electoral decisions that were earned for us by women such as Justice RBG and countless other women who fought tirelessly so you and I could.

On that note, I wish for her soul to rest in perfect peace and power.
