Hey Boss,

I will be updating this blogpost as our global case against Hugo Boss and Coty progresses. Two months ago, I wrote a LinkedIn post sharing with over 10K followers about what I've endured fighting a frivolous trademark dispute with Hugo Boss in the UK, Europe, and in the US (alongside Coty).  The text of that post may be found below or at this link.

I appreciate all of the support from various members of the Bossy community in this fight.  As I said in the BoF piece, I remain committed to fighting for our right to use the BOSSY COSMETICS mark in the US, UK, and Europe as it does not infringe on the BOSS mark in any way.

@bossybeautyinc One thing we’ve learned from our negotiations with Hugo Boss is that when you give bullies an inch, they try to take a mile🙃 Everything they asked for I gave them when they started their legal bullying almost 4 years ago in the UK and the list of fascist “demands” got longer and longer. You can’t negotiate with a bad faith company and that’s exactly how I would define these people over these last 4 LONG YEARS.
